Great place. Took my son today who had some tightness in his hamstring. Staff was great in explaining everything and very friendly. They had my son do leg compressions for about 10-12 minutes. Once he was done with this he said he instantly felt better and less sore.... Then he did Cryotherapy for 3 minutes. Very knowledgeable staff and great prices for packages deals so we will be back often.read more

Staff was amazing! Friendly, and very helpful in answering all my questions. Jerry Smith was so generous with his time and patience. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect. Husband & I went for our first time today for some Cryotherapy action. Super impressed with the business, staff, location, facility, and experience! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiling, welcoming, and knowledgeable staff who educated us on the... process and walked us through the therapy. Very professional and knowledgeable! You get definitely get the feeling they are there to help you reach your goals, whatever they may be. The consultation after getting my lab results to establish a baseline was very informative, all my questions were answered, advice... was freely given, explanations of options and their benefits was communicated effectively, and they helped it all make sense to me and my goals. At no point were products or services pushed on me or was I pressured to make a decision. I’ll leave this review with one word....Cryotherapy!!read more
