My personal experience with Optimize, U has been a wonderful experience. I’m a person with many questions and anything I asked. I always had the proper response. Never once was I guessing they always had the answer immediately. Any concerns that I had?were always addressed immediately, as well very fast with response times!! they never keep you guessing . My experience was with James out of the Wesley Chapel. facility. That man handles his business professionally and has every answer you may need. He’s on top of it immediately. When someone told me about this place, I had my reservations at first because lack of knowledge. After getting such great information from the staff and also then Bryan taking his time with me going over the results of my blood work; I no longer felt how I did initially. He suggested a game plan that would work with my goals and has been there with any questions I may have. Results wise, the plan is working and I am happy I chose to take the leap of faith.As for the added benefits of the Cryo & Red light therapy, those are great overall and it is just icing on the cake. If you are on the fence, I recommend you check them out as you won't regret it.

Bryan and the team are exceptional. Unbelievably informative about my health issues and created a plan based on my needs. I do both red light and cryo, as well as IVs of different concoctions. This really is a whole body wellness center and I love how they cater plans to each persons needs!
