The employees truly care about your health/well-being. It’s family oriented place where you feel at home. The recovery stuff like the cold plunge and cryotherapy is tough but you can do tough things! I recommend this place 10/10. It a short period of time my sleep has improved and my energy levels are coming back to me.
Every time I walk through the doors at Optimize U, I am welcomed with a smile. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and positive. They have truly helped me in my health journey, mental and physical recovery, and realizing the importance of quality longevity. I believe that they can also help you with whatever your needs may be, and if you’re unsure, well they do an incredible job figuring it out with you!

Not too often I give out the golden 5 stars, but this Gtown gem has by far earned it from me. I had little to no expectations the first time I walked in to their office inregards to their services other than word of mouth. Dr. Richard and Marissa truly know how to educate their patients and walk through options and treatment solutions. The cryotherapy, IR Sauna, compession and red light therapy are fantastic for recovery!
WONDERFUL!! The staff is amazing, attentive and thorough. Dr Richard was also these things and answered all of my questions. He explained my hormone imbalances and helped me choose a health plan just for me that will help with my hormones, sleep and energy. Cannot recommend enough!
If I could give this clinic 100 stars, I would. Richard and Marissa have significantly changed my life for the better. They truly care about their patients and they do all they can to see that your health is at its optimum level. I’m forever grateful!
