I love their sauna and cold plunge. It's definitely an extremely intense process, but it helps tremendously with pain relief.

Such a great experience! Dr. Jessica Matts has helped me understand and educate me about my POCS. When I first went to Optimize U it was just to check my horomones for body building purposes but I got so much more.For 4 years I thought something was seriously wrong with my menstrual cycle between the extremely short and heavy periods to mood swings so bad I thought I was possessed!! I seen several doctors who told me everything was fine.. it’s just my horomones.. “I was a lucky one to only have a 2 day period”..Fast forward to 4 YEARS LATER.. the wonderful Dr. Matt’s gave me so much insight and help me understand I have POCS! This has been life changing for me!

Optimize U has been nothing but amazing. The results from the treatments have truly met all of my desired wish and wants. The staff from the front end receptionist to the medical staff have been TOP NOTCH! Every time I've called for any question big or small i am immediately greeted with a friendly voice that takes time to listen to my question. All medical appointments have been on point and very helpful. The medical staff take the time to listen while speaking with them without any distractions. If i could recommend this place i would 1,000 times again.

They took my blood and I was in/out in about 10 minutes. I got my labs back in a convenient amount of time and my consultation was one day after that which was awesome! Everyone was great and easy to work with from top to bottom.

The medical staff are extremely professional, and informative, and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about semaglutide, and why it could assist me with reaching my weight loss goals. I have to give a special shoutout to Rachel, as she has been WONDERFUL to work with, and is extremely responsive to all of my questions I have had throughout this process. I also love that they offer the in-body scan to keep track of my weight loss progression, including fat loss and muscle gain. I’ve been to Rachel several times for microneedling and Botox. She takes great care of me. She guides me to pick the treatments that will best meet my skin care goals. She takes a lot of time to make me feel comfortable. She’s very diligent about properly numbing me before the treatments that require it. She also keeps an open line of communication after treatments and can easily be reached if I have any follow-up questions or concerns. I cannot recommend her services enough. The treatment rooms are very clean, and the design is awesome. I tell everyone that I know that they need to go see her for any of their hormone or skin concerns.
I really have to have a lot of trust in the people taking care of me, and I definitely found that in Rachel at optimize U. I would send any of my family to her and know that they would be in great hands. I went to optimize U to get labs and an IV.The IV menu is super fun and I love all the options but Rachel was great & helped me choose based off of my overall goal for therapy. While my IV was going I got to sit in the most comfortable massage chair and watch TV, while Rachel checked on me multiple times. It was the most relaxed I’ve been in a while. Everything is very clean and it has the cutest decorations! I’m looking forward to monthly treatments to boost my health and wellness! I even had follow up for a semaglutide consult.Just all around good vibes, you can’t go wrong with anything here.
Optimize U is this magical place where you become the best version of yourself! My entire life, I had always struggled to lose weight and get in shape - I tried just about every exercise/ dieting program and then reached a point where I just accepted that this is the way I would always look. Jessica and Rachel, along with the entire Optimize U team, were able to meet me where I was at and help me gain control of my life. The Semaglutide injections helped me with my weight loss journey and allowed me to finally feel confident in my own skin for the first time ever - And I’m very excited to try Mounjaro next!Since having found out about Optimize U, and all of the services they provide, I have also become a huge fan of micro-needling and Dysport! After having these treatments, my face and skin look healthier and more vibrant than ever. Especially going into the summer months, it makes such a difference not feeling like you need to wear makeup to cover up all of those imperfections and wrinkles.I also have struggled with hair thinning which, as a woman, has made me feel very self conscious. Rachel introduced me to Nutrafol and it has made SUCH a difference! I have been taking Nutrafol along with Reds & Greens since December and my hair dresser has been amazed by all my new hair growth.Finally, I can’t say enough about the staff at Optimize U.
