Definitely glad this place is around. Everybody is super welcoming, and the whole vibe is relaxing. After long work weeks, this spot helps me recover and recharge instead of feeling completely drained. I always leave feeling better than when I came in. I've used OptimizeU for several services over the past two years: lash extensions with Kalina (who is AMAZING), red light therapy, and a consultation Dr. Mears regarding hormone and peptide therapies. I received more thorough information from Dr. Mears regarding my blood panel than I've ever received from my GP. I love this place! Clean, classy/pleasant and very personable service. I use the cryotank often and they have a wide range of services using regenerative medicine. From the latest infared units to intravenous boosts to improve health. They're cutting edge natural health/science nerds and they really know their stuff.

In short, they made a lapse in judgement, I expressed mild displeasure to the other member who caused this, this same member decided to draw a [thing that goes boom in a semi-automatic fashion], point it at me, make explicit [harsh statements] regarding his intent to [cause a sudden termination of my inhabitance of this plane of existence], leading to that same member's booking by police, and it was my membership, not his, that was terminated.
To explain fully, I was a longtime member of this place and always enjoyed it. One day I showed up early for a 10:30 appointment for red light therapy, but was told someone was still using it. Of course, that was no problem at all. At around 10:40 I politely inquired about whether the other member showed up late or if things had fallen behind in general, and I was told the former.
At 10:46, the other member finally left, but considering my own schedule, I realized that I wouldn't have enough time to complete my session, and said I'd reschedule for later in the week.
I saw the other member parked near me, who had just gotten into his car. I approached within maybe 8' of his driver door (he was backed-in), and plainly and calmly asked why he thought showing up 20 minutes late, to a 30-minute appointment was a polite thing to do.
His response? Pulling out a [thing that goes boom in a semi-automatic fashion], pointing it at me, and making explicit [harsh statements] regarding his intent to [cause a sudden termination of my inhabitance of this plane of existence] if I didn't leave.
I backed up even farther and filmed him driving away. To be clear, I never blocked his exit or did anything that would justify this behavior. I called 911, which led to him being booked and charged.
The next day, I was notified that my membership was being terminated due to my behavior, in the most disingenuous, HR-style manner possible. I was told that "this is a peaceful place and your behavior doesn't align with our values."
The perpetrator of felonious conduct against me did not have his membership revoked, as I continued to see his vehicle (a unique one) parked in the same manner, regularly afterwards (at the time, I lived just down the same street, so I passed by frequently).

Doing cryo here changed my life! I have chronic back pain and cryo is the ONLY thing that keeps me out of pain. I’ve tried other cryo machines at other spots and NONE compare to this one! The staff are all incredible too! Everyone is so kind and helpful.
Optimize U has the best staff! Everyone is so fun, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their vitamin shots and wellness IV services.

These ladies are well educated with their craft, they care, they are thoughtful, want to help ALL thrive, and give you the best advice based on your siruaton. They are up to date with science and tends etc. I really apperciate this for my aging older self, who is still very competiton in power lilfting. i have found a way to buy quality healthcare products at resonable prices.

Optimize U PDX is wonderful! I started coming here for IV therapy last year. The staff is warm and welcoming, taking the time to get to know you and your health goals. Excellent first experience. I had an appointment in the same shopping center and was waiting for my ride - which was delayed. It was freezing outside so I walked over to Optimize U and asked if they took walk ins for compression. They told me yes and it's a FREE SERVICE. I was so happy I was able to try this place out and be out of the cold while waiting for my pickup. They offer a range of wellness services but compression is my go to so having it as a free walk in service is amazing. This place has private rooms for their other services. I was in the lobby and enjoyed the welcoming vibes of the people up front. Worth a try if you are in the area!

I have been coming here for the last 18 months and have used many of their services. Great products and staff. Would highly recommend. Dr. Mears and Amber are wonderful as well.
This place has done wonders for my health . I have lost fat and gained muscle this year at Optimize U . Amber has educated me on everything involving anti ageing . I highly recommend this place if you have a major health goal.
These professional are very passionate about what they do. Both my wife and I joined and so far the experience is great. I can’t believe all the cool equipment they have to speed and help recovery. Cryotherapy, red light bed, infrared sauna and hyperbaric oxygen chamber are a few and then ferrofit muscles stimulation and hormone, vitamin and mineral shots. This place is awesome. Then the icing on the cake is a doctor that can steer you in the right direction.
This place is GREAT! I’ve been seeing them since April and my life has changed! Working with Amber and Dr. Mears and the entire staff is low key, at ease, make you feel VERY comfortable. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always greet me with a smile. I am in my late 50’s and they have me feeling 20 years younger! My energy levels are back, I don’t wake up feeling like I’ve been run over by a bus, and I’m enjoying life again. A word to the wise; Only visit them if you want to feel great! What they say and do works and if you’re looking for excuses not to be happy and healthy, Optimize U is not for you.
Best yogurt in town!! 🙂 On a more serious post. I had some blood work done and the lafy that runs the lab drew my blood and never felt a thing! You have to try the cryotherapy! Super friendly staff!
