I can’t say enough about Josh and Optimize U. I have truly seen a drastic increase in my quality of life. I went from waking up feeling exhausted that continued throughout the day to feeling energized and normal again. I have struggled with fatigue for years trying so many different ways to combat this with no results until I started seeing Josh. Some days it was a struggle to stay awake even while driving and having to take naps when my kids were home from school. Now I don’t even think about needing to rest during the day.
