I’ve immediately felt the energy, strength, and confidence that I lacked in my day to day! Paige is what brings it all together and her client hospitality skills are second to no-ones! Always responsive to my questions and unique time availability getting in to Sauna and Polar Plunge in their state of the art equipment! I absolutely love this place and the access to its health benefits!!
