I am so impressed with Rachel's knowledge and professionalism. She thoroughly discussed my treatment and ensured my comfort throughout the duration of my visit. I am about 1 month into my Sculpt series, and I am already seeing drastic results on my once stubborn abdominal area. I also want to mention that the entire staff is so friendly and always makes me feel right at home. So thankful I found Optimize U! The service is far better than any place I have ever been and they are very well educated on any question you may have. Friendly staff and a great environment. Love the fact that I have stepped outside my comfort zone and given Cryotherapy a try. Totally worth it! It’s TWO THUMBS UP from me!

After searching several places I came across optimize and haven’t looked back. Friendly professional and very knowledgeable staff. At 42 I’m thriving and crushing at life again, in all aspects. I’ve recommended several people by word of mouth including those closest to me, now I’m recommending you. If you’re reading this, chances are you’re not feeling yourself these days, not the best you can/could be, do yourself a favor and invest in yourself, your mental and physical health. I’ve been to Rachel several times for microneedling and Botox. She takes great care of me. She guides me to pick the treatments that will best meet my skin care goals. She takes a lot of time to make me feel comfortable. She’s very diligent about properly numbing me before the treatments that require it. She also keeps an open line of communication after treatments and can easily be reached if I have any follow-up questions or concerns. I cannot recommend her services enough. The treatment rooms are very clean, and the design is awesome. I tell everyone that I know that they need to go see her for any of their hormone or skin concerns.

I really have to have a lot of trust in the people taking care of me, and I definitely found that in Rachel at optimize U. I would send any of my family to her and know that they would be in great hands. I went to optimize U to get labs and an IV.The IV menu is super fun and I love all the options but Rachel was great & helped me choose based off of my overall goal for therapy. While my IV was going I got to sit in the most comfortable massage chair and watch TV, while Rachel checked on me multiple times. It was the most relaxed I’ve been in a while. Everything is very clean and it has the cutest decorations! I’m looking forward to monthly treatments to boost my health and wellness! I even had follow up for a semaglutide consult.Just all around good vibes, you can’t go wrong with anything here.

Optimize U is this magical place where you become the best version of yourself! My entire life, I had always struggled to lose weight and get in shape - I tried just about every exercise/ dieting program and then reached a point where I just accepted that this is the way I would always look. Jessica and Rachel, along with the entire Optimize U team, were able to meet me where I was at and help me gain control of my life. The Semaglutide injections helped me with my weight loss journey and allowed me to finally feel confident in my own skin for the first time ever - And I’m very excited to try Mounjaro next!Since having found out about Optimize U, and all of the services they provide, I have also become a huge fan of micro-needling and Dysport! After having these treatments, my face and skin look healthier and more vibrant than ever. Especially going into the summer months, it makes such a difference not feeling like you need to wear makeup to cover up all of those imperfections and wrinkles.I also have struggled with hair thinning which, as a woman, has made me feel very self conscious. Rachel introduced me to Nutrafol and it has made SUCH a difference! I have been taking Nutrafol along with Reds & Greens since December and my hair dresser has been amazed by all my new hair growth.Finally, I can’t say enough about the staff at Optimize U. They always make me feel so comfortable and validated in my expectations of what I am looking to achieve for myself.
