Excellent first experience. I had an appointment in the same shopping center and was waiting for my ride - which was delayed. It was freezing outside so I walked over to Optimize U and asked if they took walk ins for compression. They told me yes and it's a FREE SERVICE. I was so happy I was able to try this place out and be out of the cold while waiting for my pickup. They offer a range of wellness services but compression is my go to so having it as a free walk in service is amazing. This place has private rooms for their other services. I was in the lobby and enjoyed the welcoming vibes of the people up front. Worth a try if you are in the area!

This place has done wonders for my health . I have lost fat and gained muscle this year at Optimize U . Amber has educated me on everything involving anti ageing . I highly recommend this place if you have a major health goal.
These professional are very passionate about what they do. Both my wife and I joined and so far the experience is great. I can’t believe all the cool equipment they have to speed and help recovery. Cryotherapy, red light bed, infrared sauna and hyperbaric oxygen chamber are a few and then ferrofit muscles stimulation and hormone, vitamin and mineral shots. This place is awesome. Then the icing on the cake is a doctor that can steer you in the right direction.
This place is GREAT! I’ve been seeing them since April and my life has changed! Working with Amber and Dr. Mears and the entire staff is low key, at ease, make you feel VERY comfortable. They are friendly, knowledgeable and always greet me with a smile. I am in my late 50’s and they have me feeling 20 years younger! My energy levels are back, I don’t wake up feeling like I’ve been run over by a bus, and I’m enjoying life again. A word to the wise; Only visit them if you want to feel great! What they say and do works and if you’re looking for excuses not to be happy and healthy, Optimize U is not for you.
Best yogurt in town!! 🙂 On a more serious post. I had some blood work done and the lafy that runs the lab drew my blood and never felt a thing! You have to try the cryotherapy! Super friendly staff!
