Very easy process with all my questions answered and quick planning to begin my healthy journey into this was great.
The best! Scheduling is so easy with booking online! They are efficient with communication and reminders of your appointment. As soon as I walked in they took me back, no wait time at all! I can’t remember his name but the person who does labs was fantastic! Big shout out to my provider Aaron! He is the best! He addressed all my concerns. He’s very compassionate and knowledgeable with any questions you bring him. Truly can’t ask for a better experience! 10/10.
The staff here is very friendly and professional! They have a team that works with you! They monitor your blood work so you don't have to worry or stress about that! They work with you to get your body where it should be! If I have questions or concerns they are always on top of it to help ease my mind! Sauna, red light therapy, cold water therapy... they have it all! One more thing- Alex at the front desk needs a raise! He is very friendly, always smiling and is a very hard worker! Staff was great answering any concerns I had and was up front about what's involved and pricing . The guy at the front desk sorry horrible with names is awesome he needs a raise .
The staff was on top of things, my appointment was at 9:15am, and I was finished at like 9:30am didn't have to wait much at all. Very friendly staff, non judgemental, just very professional. I do recommend this office to anyone that needs there service's.

I had an amazing first visit! The team was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and patient. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, making me feel comfortable and informed. If you're new to optimization, this is the ideal place to start. I only regret not finding them earlier. After a year-long search, I think I've finally found the right place.
