I'm not gonna lie, but at first I was skeptical about testosterone therapies, treatments, and such. But ever since I've been going to Optimize U, I've been feeling a thousand times better! Stacey and the ladies are very friendly, professional and make you feel valued as everyone should feel when visiting a business. I've been on testosterone lotion for a while now and I honestly couldn't even think of a negative thing to say about this company!! If you ever thought about testosterone or have questions about it, I'd definuteely recommend Optimize U!!

My husband and I are both patients at Optimize U. We trust Stacey and Jessica with our health 100%. They are so knowledgeable and are quick to answer any questions we have. We have never waited more than a few hours for a response, their recommendations always lead to improvement, and we honestly feel the difference since switching to Optimize U and following their recommendations.

They know what they’re talking about and they actually care. They will take the time to make sure the best options are presented. They don’t make us feel obligated to do anything. The support we feel is 10/10.

I had a wonderful experience at Optimize U. From the very beginning, I felt like my concerns were truly heard. Update to add photos of the transformation I’ve been able to achieve with the help of Optimize U. The staff truly are incredible and knowledgeable. I am forever grateful to this place and the stuff and am so thankful that they monitor mine and my husbands health!

I cannot rave about this place and the staff enough. After decades of pain and surgeries, Stacey gave me a diagnosis that multiple doctors missed. She was thorough in explaining everything and even gave me tips on literature to read to learn more. Finally, everything that never made sense to me, made sense. She is amazing at her job.

Jessica is also amazing. She’s super charismatic and makes you feel right at home every time you walk in the door. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming. They are always there to answer questions.

If you have been looking for a place to go, stop looking and go here. You won’t be disappointed. They really are incredible. I feel better than I’ve felt in years!! And the recovery center is top notch. I love everything about this place and the staff!

What an inviting business! They greet you with a smile and make the conversation very easy. I was recommended to Optimize-U after learning that my previous provider could no longer subscribe TRT out of state. The ladies at Optimize you have been great to work with! They are able to do lab draws in house, gave me a detailed status of hormone, cholesterol, kidney, and liver function etc. With my membership we were able to address where my body is at, and set a road map for where I want to be. After my bloodwork and review they introduced me to the recovery clinic, which hosts various wellness bays. They have red light therapy, infared sauna, a cold plunge, and my new favorite thing, a cryochamber! Talk about feeling alive! Cryo feels incredible! Im happy to have a provider close to home for once, and to have so many perks that I can use weekly! Oh, and they offered rates for military, which is nice since the military refuses to recognize the benefits of hormone replacement. Anyway, 10 out of 10 must recommend! I've already sent a group chat to my golf buddies because I know they could use professional help! Thanks Optimize-U, I look forward to our continued work together!

I am new to working with Optimize U, but my experience with them has been excellent. After year of not feeling heard by my PCP, I came here on a friend's referral. Everyone is friendly, helpful and informative. When I met with the doctor it was not rushed, she met me at my level to educate me and she answered all of my questions. I also feel like I have been in the drive seat becuase I was given the full picture of care options. I am excited to see how this keeps unfolding.

I Did Cryo Chamber for the first time and it was such a great experience!! The staff walked me through everything, explained the benefits, and cheered me on when I had some last-minute jitters.

If you’re new to cold plunge, cryo therapy, or saunas—just book it!!! Jess, Stacey, and the team are so welcoming and genuinely excited to help new clients experience it for the first time.

Great experience at Optimize U!
Stopped by tonight and had a great visit. The cold plunges were refreshing and really well set up. The space was clean, relaxing, and had everything I needed. The owner was super friendly and made me feel welcome. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

Attended for a hormone test and had the best experience. Everyone is super sweet and supportive. They have amazing recovery services. I tried the cryo therapy and it was fantastic. Highly recommend as a must do! Their options are very affordable!

Everyone there was friendly and welcoming! Awesome amenities and very clean. Stacey the Nurse Practitioner was very thorough. She explained all my husbands labs in depth in a way a non medical professional can understand. We drove an hour and a half to see them because they were highly recommended by friends. It was definitely worth the drive!

This place is absolutely amazing! I had my blood work done there. I also tried all the recovery services: infrared sauna, compression leg boots, cryotherapy, cold plunge, and red light therapy! ALL SO AMAZING!! The staff is incredible and super helpful.
