Keisha Holcomb brings a diverse and well-rounded background to the Optimize U team, with over two decades of experience in healthcare. She has served in various roles, including EMT, Medical Assistant, and Registered Nurse, before advancing her education and earning a Master of Science in Nursing. In addition to her MSN—with a concentration in Nursing Informatics—Keisha completed a post-graduate nurse practitioner program and is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC). Her passion lies in Women’s Health and hormone optimization, where she focuses on delivering personalized, evidence-based care that empowers patients to thrive.

Beyond the clinic, Keisha is dedicated to serving others through medical mission work in underserved regions of Honduras, where she assists with operative care alongside a local surgeon. She and her husband, Jason, enjoy fishing the intercoastal waters of Southwest Florida and spending quality time with their five children and eight grandchildren.
