Jennifer spent her undergraduate and graduate years at Southeast Missouri State University. She is certified in family practice. Jennifer has always had an interest in alternative therapy and a more holistic approach to health, so when she heard about Optimize U through a former coworker, she knew it would be a good fit. She loves to garden, travel, and follow her kids around watching them play sports!
